Sharing Circles

Be heard, held
and welcomed.

No judgement, no shame, no right or wrong. Come as you are and be held in all your messy power — you are welcome here.

Gathering together with like-minded people, to talk freely without judgement, shame or resolution, is increasingly rare.

I really advocate for the significance and importance of circles in today's society. Having attended them myself for nearly five years, holding space for others is something I'm truly passionate about. Every circle includes a grounding breathwork practice, journal prompts, time for everyone to share (only if they want to — nothing is forced), and a closing meditation.

Bring your baby along and connect with others who get it.
